International Customer Acquisition Manager
We are growing again and are looking for an individual with both the desire and ability to succeed in this exciting and rewarding new position.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver results on KPI’s as set out by management (q-ty of win/lost newly prospected accounts and number of 1st deals initiated)
• Execute regular daily calling campaigns to discover new opportunities and revisit inactive accounts
• Communicate with a small team of internal and external partners regularly
• Use new and existing alternative channels of customer acquisition to discover new opportunities
• Bring on new customers by making first contact and setting up the account for the first deal
• Record and report activities in CRM to keep an accurate estimation of new customer pipeline.
Our expectations:
• Professional degree in Economics, Business management or related field
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
• Result driven, with a strong desire to succeed
• Organized, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• An honest, positive and open minded individual
