Export Sales Team Leader (Test)
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the experienced international sales team
- Giuding sales managers in accordance to the company strategy
- Drive the export sales team sell more, more frequently and increase profitability.
- Motivate the team to develop relationship with existing customers
- Lead the team to attract new customers, to participate in and / or conduct negotiations with new clients, bringing them to the first contracts / transactions.
- Solve emerging problems for salespeople, communication with colleagues from other departments and head of departments
- Analyse what is the reasons for the failure of transactions and low sales rates among subordinates
- Provide sales managers with constructive feedback and assisting themto solve customers’ problems
- Create an atmosphere of healthy competition among sales managers
- Develop sales managers’ skills working in a coach-style alongside with the team
Requirements
- Experience in export sales from 3 years
- Proved experience in a management role (team leader, deputy head, group head) 2 year or more
- Understanding of IT or IT-components market would be an additional advantage
- Analytical skills, the ability to see trends and tendencies behind the numbers
- Experience with CRM, ERP systems
- Fluent English, written and spoken
